Guests who would like to receive an Invoice headed to a company, are requested to communicate their will during check-in as well as to promptly communicate the details of the same, otherwise the property will issue a nominative invoice.

The cancellation of the reservation must be sent to the property in writing, the property reserves the right to apply a penalty as per the Cancellation Policy indicated below:
– up to 24h before the check-in date: free cancellation;

– in case of cancellation later than 24 hours before the check-in date: charge of the first night of stay;
– in case of No Show: charge of the first night of stay.

The changes made to the Length of Stay (example: bringing the departure date forward), once the check-in has been carried out, involve the payment of one night’s stay.

In case of Theft or Damage caused by the guest to the property during the stay, the management reserves the right to charge the corresponding amount.

It is necessary to Check-in Online and complete the payment for the stay before arriving at the facility, otherwise it will not be possible to access the facility.

On the day of arrival the rooms are available after 3 pm until 11 pm. Before 3 pm it is impossible to access the property and it is not possible to check-in earlier.

On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 11 am.

According to the national protocol “Safe Welcome” – measures to prevent the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in tourist accommodation facilities – it is necessary to register online, before arrival, by entering all the requested information and a copy of a valid identity document. Only after having performed the Online Check-in and completed the payment for the stay, the Guests will receive by e-mail, prior to arrival, the information relating to the access methods to the facility and the room, specifically a personal access code to be insert in a keypad to open the main door and the door of the assigned room.

Checks are not accepted.

If you intend to take advantage of the HOLIDAY BONUS, you must indicate it when booking and consequently provide the necessary and appropriate supporting documentation, otherwise it will no longer be possible to use it.

Guests are required to comply with the following Rules of Conduct inside the property:

  • always wear a mask
  • keep at least 1.5m away from staff and other guests
  • only one person at a time per lift
  • wash your hands frequently
  • greet each other without handshakes and hugs
  • minimize contact with surfaces in the common areas of the facility.
